In love, AGAIN?

Karan Grover and Kavita Kaushik, who split some months back, have renewed their relationship.

tories of splits are commonplace in life. And it’s only the lucky ones who get a second chance at love and relationships. A similar luck seems to have befallen actors Karan Grover (Saarthi, Meri Awaaz Ko Mil Gayi Roshni, Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki) and Kavita Kaushik (Tumhari Disha, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, Kumkum, Dil Kya Chahta Hai, FIR).

The two met at a party in 2006 when Kavita mistook Karan to be the bartender! Cupid struck as the night wore on, and therein began their love story. The two even participated in the third season of Nach Baliye and emerged as one of the most popular couples.

And thus, the news of their break-up some months ago was met with shock by everybody. While they remained tight-lipped about the cause, Karan did tell us that, “We are not on talking terms anymore!” (GR8! issue dated April 2009).

Recently however, there were rumours of another kind – those of Karan and Kavita’s “make-up”. As the rumours spread thick and fast, we decided to have a word with Karan himself, who began, “We were always in touch.” After reminding him what he told us in April, he revealed, “See, we took a break for some time. But in truth, we are each other’s best company and best friend.” Does that mean they’re back in love? “Love is a part of any relationship. What you choose to do with it is what matters. We’re giving each other breathing space so that things may take a natural turn,” says Karan, aka Kayjee. He goes on to add that he’s refrained from speaking about his personal life because, “people don’t understand or express it appropriately.”
